Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your order is damaged, contact us within 7 days of receiving the product in order to be issued a refund for your damaged product. If you fail to contact us within the 7 days, you will not be eligible for a refund. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Refunds
Refunds will only be given if the item was damaged or was lost in the mail (30 days of unreceived package after the ship date) and you contact us within 7 days after receiving the product.
